News Flash! We Are Having Major Communication Problems
We are sorry to inform all of you that we are experiencing major communication problems. There have been email and server issues and computer outages, on and off, during the past several weeks. And as of Wednesday evening, August 27th, our alumni computer went down and is not functioning. We are presently unable to access our alumni mailing list and therefore cannot send out any mass messages. Thus, we cannot keep you informed of any news or special events.
____We apologize for the current situation but had more of you supported your Alumni Association during the past 7 years we would have been able to afford the use of an outside mailing service and a more sophisticated computer system. (Our present Dell desktop is 8 years old, has a Windows 98 operating system, 6 GBs of disk space, and uses dial-up to get to the Internet.) We hope all is not lost, but if it is we will need to start a new list from scratch.
____To keep informed of current events please visit our Event Calendar every week. You may also look for us on myspace.com and on facebook.com.

Join the Alumni Association
What better way to show your support for the High School of Art and Design than by joining the Art and Design Alumni Association as a member. Membership tiers start at $25 a year, and because they are a contribution they are tax deductible. The benefits of being a member of the Alumni Association are many: you may have your website promoted in our Alumni Gallery, your book showcased in our Alumni Library, your personal news posted in our Alumni Bios section and your events listed on our Event Calendar. You also get a discount on admission to alumni events. But most of all, the best benefit of being a member is that it supports the school that gave you your career. Join the Alumni Association today.

Having a Reunion?
Visit our Event Calendar and Reunions section to find out if your class is having a reunion. Or, if you're planning one you may have the information posted on our website, for free.
____Reunions are generally organized by the class presidents, but anyone who chooses to can plan one. While reunions are often held on the 10th, 20th or 25th anniversary years, they may be celebrated any year you decide to have one.
____Class reunions offer a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with old friends, reminisce about the past and enjoy the present. Click here to see how the Class of 1973 celebrated their first -- but not last -- reunion this past June. (Their reunion was significant because no yearbook was published the year they graduated.)
